Urban Works Clothing was an idea started by a college student in 1999 who has a love for graphic T-shirts and did not like what had been available to him at that time. Initially he learned how to print custom tees in middle school and never forgot the basic aspects of how to print a nice T-shirt. Later that year with the encouragement of fellow students he designed and printed a t-shirt out of his college dorm room using what he learned in middle school. It took several days to get things right but, the idea came to a reality. Several students took a liking to the tee shirt which he printed.
Later that year he printed more of his creative designs and wore them on campus which were also liked by many of his peers. They often asked where he bought his tees and he later revealed that they were his own designs and prints. From that moment on Urban Works Clothing was started.
Urban Works Clothing as a team and brand has set forth the goals of providing high quality screen printing, heat transfer and other garment customization services to the all clients. Continuous improvement and adaptability are a few pillars that Urban Works Clothing has chosen to stand on today.
